Jalynn Roberts is a native of and currently resides in New Augusta, MS. He has been a professional educator since 2002. Prior to his appointment at WCU, he taught junior and high school mathematics for four years and then worked as an evaluation specialist for institutional effectiveness in a university setting. Jalynn has a number of professional and research interests, including student persistence and retention, effectiveness of online education, and using Bayesian statistics in prediction models. Jalynn enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, riding his bicycle and four-wheeler, and studying the Bible.
